INDIANA PARENTING TIME GUIDELINES PUBLIC HEARING SCHEDULED FOR 21 MAY 2010

A public hearing to amend the State of Indiana's Parenting Time Guidelines has been scheduled for Friday, 21 May 2010 at 10:30 A.M. The scheduling of the hearing is a move by the Indiana Domestic Relations Committee of the Judicial Conference to establish a time schedule for amending the Indiana Parenting Guidelines. Composed of twelve (12) judges, magistrates or commissioners throughout the State of Indiana, the Indiana Domestic Relations Committee of the Judicial Conference rules and guidelines which govern domestic relations caes in the Indiana Courts. The Chair of the Committee, The Honorable William Fee has indicated that he would like to have the Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines amended by the end of Calendar Year 2010.

In addition to its scheduled Friday, 21 May 2010 meeting, the Committee has scheduled meetings on the following dates:
