ALIGNMENT

          There are no coincidences in Life.  Everything happens for a reason.   Every heartache . . . every joy . . . every disappointment . . . every triumph . . .  every failure. . . happens to us for a reason.   The souls who enter our Life . . . and even the souls who exit our Life, do so for a reason.   Each circumstance that we encounter and each soul who enters and exits our Life are actually the invisible hands of the Universe moving us to the place we need to be at the time we need to be there.   In the quote that appears above, Spiritual Teacher, award-winning author, and founder of the Seat of the Soul Institute (http://seatofthesoul.com) which bears the name of his award-winning book, “The Seat Of The Soul” (www.amazon.com) Mr.  Gary Zukav refers to what I have just described as the alignment of our personality with our soul. When each of the 7.6 billion souls with whom we share this space and place we know as Planet Earth, emerged from the womb, each of these souls emerged from the womb as “whole” entities – entities whose personalities and souls were connected and completely aligned.   The journey from childhood to adulthood coupled with the experience of navigating a Planet that is operating and has operated for quite some time from an “upside down” position, creates a spiritual, psychological, and emotional “disconnect” that separates our personality from our soul.  So, here we are, navigating a world that is operating from an “upside down” position that seems to be immersed in an expansive cloud of chaos and uncertainty.  If the chaos and uncertainty that seems to envelop our Planet – “leadership by fear”, hopelessness, economic turpitude, xenophobia, racial and religious intolerance, nationalism, and the rising violence that plays out among nations on the world stage and among souls in the streets of our communities—appears to be pushing each of us “to the brink”, it is not an accident.  Chaos and uncertainty is really a disguised opportunity.   The Universe is utilizing chaos and uncertainty as a tool to move each of us to align our personality with our soul.  We are not in alignment.  Our “disconnectedness” and lack of alignment creates chaos and uncertainty. Our alignment – reconnecting our personality and our soul -- is the pathway to eradicating chaos and uncertainty and turning a world that is operating from an “upside down” position “right-side up”.
