On Sunday, 16 July 2017, The United States International Men’s Day Team
hosted the OPERATION FRESH START ™ -- RESTORATIVE JUSTICE NATIONAL TELECONFERENCE
which featured THE HONORABLE JAMES M. DELEON, the architect of OPERATON FRESH
START (TM), a results-oriented multi-tiered initiative which is a Global Model
for creating pathways to Reintegration and Redemption and eradicating
Recidivism. Judge DeLeon explored the following components of OPERATION FRESH
START™ which draw a straight line to reintegration, developing human capital,
economic sustainability, and renewing prosperity:
