PHILADELPHIA, PA (USA)   -- The deadly shootings involving police officers of two African American men -- Alton Sterling in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Philando Castile in Falcon Heights, Minneapolis along with the  shooting of 12 individuals by a lone gunman, five of whom – police officers succumbed to their wounds in Dallas, Texas – together with massive demonstrations in major cities across the country protesting the deaths of Messrs. Sterling and Castile has rocked the nation.  Many Americans are asking themselves: “What is happening to our country? Where are we headed?”    The tragic loss of lives is moving many Americans to engage in deep soul searching about violence, race, and community-police relations.   A solutions-based dialogue on race, violence and the police in the form of a national teleconference will be hosted by the USA International Men’s Day Team on Sunday, 17 July 2016 at…
